World leaders and innovators of a managed marker system, Raychem and TE Connectivity TMS products lead the way in ensuring operators can easily print, identify, pick, and then place printed markers onto wires or cables with ease. The adhesive strip that covers the markers helps to keep the markers flat and offers optimum material coverage for printing whilst ensuring a smooth transition under the print heat; this avoids unnecessary print head movement. The range of materials cover high performance and commercial applications such as railway, military, low-fire hazard, fluid resistant, high temperature, space, aviation, and electrical or electronic use. Laser beam technology can also be used to mark these products.

Available in two different layout, please choose between printable heat shrink sleeves on ladder format or continuous tubes. For applications with special requirements, please choose for rail EN45545-2, military and aviation MIL / AMS-DTL or UL approved sleeves. Depending on your requirements according to temperature, we divide the shrinkable and printable sleeves into 3 categories; up to +125°C, up to +150°C and up to +225°.

Please find here all printable and heat shrinkable sleeves for cable identification sorted by UL, MIL / AMS-DTL and EN45545-2 approval. If you export your products to USA you need UL recognised identification sleeves. For identification of military cables we offer you MIL and AMS-DTL approved heat shrinkable sleeves. Please find here printable heat shrinking sleeves for cable identification on ladder format or continuous tube. The identification heat shrinkable sleeves on ladder format are available on 50mm length. You can choose from 4 versions, without perforation or with one up to three perforations. The perforation will divide the sleeve in two or more sections by providing a good printability. For applications with differing lengths we recommend you the continuous tubes. They are delivered flat, what makes it perfectly suitable to be printed with thermal transfer printers. The ladder format and the continuous tubes can be easily printed with our thermal transfer printers. Please find here the printers.
