Features

The RoHS solder sleeves B-155-3803-W* to B-155-3811-W* are designed to insulate, solder, encapsulate and strain-relieve cable and wire connections. This Solder Sleeves contains a pre-installed lead for grounding applications. The RoHS shield terminators are made of a transparent clear radiation cross-linked modified polyolefin heat shrink tube who covers a solder ring with flux in the middle and a coloured meltable sealing ring on the sides. The transparent heat shrink tube allows an inspection of the finished product.

SOLDER Type Sn42Bi58 per ANSI-J-STD-006, FLUX Type ROM1 per ANSI-J-STD-004

MELTABLE RING: Thermally stabilized thermoplastic. Color: clear.

MELTABLE RING: Thermally stabilized thermoplastic. Color: blue.

GROUND LEAD: W1/W2: Raychem 35C0211 tin-plated copper; W4/W5: MIL-W-81822/13 solid silver-plated copper.
