Features
The lead free high temperature solder sleeves D-1744-01-LF to D-1744-04-LF are designed to insulate, solder, encapsulate and strain-relieve cable and wire connections. The lead free shield terminators are made of a transparent clear radiation cross-linked modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) heat shrink tube who covers a solder ring with flux in the middle and a coloured meltable sealing ring on the sides. The transparent heat shrink tube allows an inspection of the finished product.
1. INSULATION SLEEVE: Heat-shrinkable, transparent blue, radiation cross-linked polyvinylidene fluoride.
2. SOLDER Type Sn96 per ANSI-J-STD-006, FLUX Type ROM1 per ANSI-J-STD-004, THERMAL INDICATOR: Color change orange to colorless.
3. MELTABLE RINGS: Thermally stabilized thermoplastic. Color: gray.
