Ideally suited for wire and strain-relief applications such as soldered or crimped connections, wire splices and terminations. Provides mechanical protection for delicate components. Can be used for component packaging and for rugged marking of cables.

Notes
CRN heat shrinkable tubes are made of semi rigid and flame-retardant polyolefin. Due to the semi rigid material CRN heat shrink tubes can be used to protect many wire to wire and wire to board connections from strain-relief. CRN polyolefin tubes can be used for applications where you need a more rigid tube than a standard flexible polyolefin tube. These heat shrinkable tubes help to ensure a reliable connection and reduces the stress on weak points such as solder and crimp joints.
