The solder sleeves D-142-53, D-142-54 and D-142-55 are designed for termination of a bare or tin-plated copper shield on a cable. These solder sleeves are made of a transparent (natural) radiation cross-linked modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) heat shrink tube who covers a solder ring with flux in the middle. The transparent heat shrink tube allows an inspection of the finished product.
